to see what setting best fits your stone. Gems range in price from $35,000 for 4.35
carats to $970 for .50 in a variety of criteria such as shape, clarity and color.
Each offering is accompanied by an actual photo of the diamond itself. Lots of
information in the
education area,
from how diamonds are priced to guidelines on how much to spend
(for example, on average men spend one month's salary in the U.K. and three in Japan, compared with
the two month guideline in the U.S.). A small selection of earrings, pendants and pearl jewelry are
offered here too.
BEST: Enlarged photos in the Clarity education section
shows you flaws and blemishes undetectable to the naked eye.
WORST: No gemstones, or variety of men's items.

My third purchase at Gemnation. I was thrilled with my engagement ring purchase last year. Earlier this year, I bought a Baume and Mercier Ladies watch for my fiance. The price was great, the watch is beautiful. It arrived three days after the order. The watch was boxed safely and securely with all the stuff you get in the store. This time I bought a Breitling Bentley. I can't wait. Great experience! |

I love this site. Best prices and best education for the diamond and gemstone purchaser. After receiving the pendant, the ruby was slightly different than described on the website. The website said: Hue Red, Saturation Medium, Tone Medium. The ruby that arrived had a Saturation Vivid (better than advertised, but the Hue is Slight Purple, and not Red (worse than advertised). |

Buying online can be daunting. I was a little worried to say the least, when I purchased from an online vendor. But, my fears were ungrounded. The order arrived a day earlier than expected. A gorgeous Zenith watch for my husband. He loves it! The watch arrived, as promised, with all the papers and packaging, and I paid 30% less than the local store. The service was exemplary. The site was really easy to use and the watch descriptions were the best I've seen so far. I would buy here again! |

I wanted something special for my wife for our 10 year anniversary. I knew she wanted a

What a wonderful experience!
I must begin by saying that my fiance and I were extremely nervous about purchasing such a
costly item over the internet, sight unseen. However, I'm glad we did! We purchased the
diamond, a 1.03 VS2 E-color, about a month ago. We took the stone into Stones Jewelers to
have it sent off to be set and the employees at Stones were amazed at it's beauty and the
excellent value that we got on it. A diamond of equal specs would have been approximately
$1,500 MORE if it was purchased at Stones or any other local jeweler...

looking into the local stores and their hefty markups, I started looking online for

The platinum ring was beautifully crafted.
The price I paid was the lowest on the Internet (Gem Nation guarantees that they have the
lowest price or they'll refund the difference). It was also tax free because they shipped
out of state... Many of bricks-and-mortar jewelers told me to be very careful about buying
on the Internet. I personally think they are scared, because places like Gem Nation are
so much less expensive and they are probably losing a lot of business to the Internet...
