More about Girard-Perregaux WatchesSince 1791 when J. F. Bautte created his first ultra-thin timepieces, this Geneva master watchmaker has produced exceptional timepieces. Constant Girard developed the wristwatch concept in 1880 after German Emperor Wilhelm I ordered the novel timepieces for the German navy.
