Shipping,Warranty and Other Information

• Usually ships within 2-3 business days, after our 24-48 hour credit verification has been performed following order placement. Gemnation ships via FedEx insured second-day air delivery, free. If you have selected expedited shipping or have a specific deadline for receipt, please e-mail us to ensure prompt delivery.
• Please note, that in order to keep the price of our luxury goods as low as possible, those items costing less than $200, will be shipped promptly via FedEx Ground, generally reaching you within the same period as Second Day Air.
• 30-day return period; 10% restocking fee on all returned (and unworn) watches.
• Availability: Watches displayed as available may have already been purchased. Availability is updated as often as possible. If a watch displayed as available when the order was placed, but we no longer have the watch in stock, we will inform you of this fact and your credit card will not be charged.
• Packaging and Documentation: This watch is GUARANTEED 100% authentic, has ORIGINAL SERIAL NUMBERS and is shipped in FACTORY-FRESH, BRAND NEW, UNWORN condition with ALL manufacturer documentation and packaging. Package contains watch manufacturer's certificate of authenticity (if such certificate is applicable, and provided by the manufacturer), tags, stickers, boxes, and user manuals .

• Engraving: For a modest fee, you may have your watch custom laser-engraved. Add the watch of your choice to the cart and then you will be able to select the text and font for engraving. Learn about our engraving options.
• We sell luxury timepieces at considerably lower prices than the manufacturers list price. Gemnation is not an Authorized Revue Thommen Watch Dealer and is not affiliated with Revue Thommen. Authorized dealers are not permitted to discount or sell watches on the Internet. For this reason, we choose not to be authorized watch dealers for many of the brands that we sell. Since we are not authorized dealers for many of the watch manufacturers, we may be unable to ship the original watch manufacturers warranty. In all cases, however, we provide a 2 year Gemnation warranty (active from the date of purchase). If we can supply the original warranty we provide this information in the individual watch description.
• Warranty: A 2-year warranty is provided by Gemnation.com unless otherwise indicated in the above description. For warranty and servicing purposes, Gemnation utilizes a full-time Swiss-trained watchmaker who is licensed and trained to repair every brand and model of watch that we sell.
