I am a meticulous and informed consumer and did not take my diamond purchase lightly. With a diamond being most likely the third most expensive purchase you will make (home, car, ring), it pays to be well informed and to shop around.
At this point, I cannot remember how I found Gemnation, but I can tell you that
I am certainly glad that I did. I learned a lot talking with Barry in their
customer service department and I never felt any sales pressure. Additionally, I
compared prices with other reputable online vendors and retail outlets. I found
Gemnation's prices to be the lowest around. Gemnation shipped my purchase
overnight at no charge and even included an appraisal as well as my GIA cert. Furhtermore, the
customer service department did an excellent job at accomodating my needs and requests.
When I first set eyes on the diamond that I had chosen, I knew I had made the
right choice. I really cannot say enough about my experience with this company
other than I'll be back for diamond stud earrings soon!
In short, you should choose Gemnation if you:
1. Are concerned about the value of your purchase.
2. Respond well to knoweldgeable, courteous customer service.
3. Desire the best quality at the lowest cost.
